During sedation for cosmetic surgery, a Florida doctor is accused of sexually assaulting female patients.

According to authorities, a Florida doctor has been charged with sexually abusing two women while they were receiving treatment at his clinic.

Eric Andrew Salata, a physician from Naples, is accused with two charges of sexual battery on a defenseless victim.

According to a police report received by the Naples Daily News, the 54-year-old abused two women, 51 and 73, in the midst of the cosmetic treatments after he sedated them.

According to a police investigation, the 51-year-old woman claimed to the authorities that Salata gave her laughing gas to help with the pain during her treatment last month in addition to the prescription she had already taken when she arrived.

She claimed to have felt Salata touch her intimate areas before asking him to stop and, although she obviously wasn’t thinking clearly, he stopped, according to the report.

The report claims that after using more laughing gas, he gave her a glass of an unidentified transparent liquid, possibly tequila. She claimed that by that point, she had been drunk and had collapsed.

She claimed to have fallen asleep again before she could stop Salata from engaging in oral sex when she awoke.

The publication claimed that when she woke up once more, he was allegedly probing her before she fell asleep once more.

According to the Naples Daily News, who cited sources, the 73-year-old woman came forward on Monday, Nov. 21, and told police that Salata had raped her while she was having surgery.

According to reports, the victim informed police that the doctor gave her a massage and provided her laughing gas to ease any discomfort. The victim said that Salata then raped her as the massage went on and more laughing gas was administered, according to the investigation.

According to the report, she claimed to have been awake and aware throughout the assault and that Salata had been on top of her for around 15 seconds.

According to WZVN, Salata co-owns the Pura Vida Medical Spa with his wife.

According to the station, Salata was the only one present for both surgeries.

On Nov. 21, the day the second lady came forward, he was reportedly detained on Monday night and released on a $200,000 bond.
